Why Your Med Spa Instagram Is Not Getting Bookings

Views and likes feel good, but they do not fill your schedule. When a page gets attention and few bookings, the problem is often not the content alone. It is usually one of these gaps.

Your bio link goes to the wrong place

If someone watches a Reel about lip filler and your link opens your homepage, they have to start searching again. Send people to the page for the treatment you are talking about, or straight to booking. Check that the page works well on a phone.

Your videos never say what to do next

Tell people the next step in a clear, simple way. Ask them to send a message with one word, book a consultation, or save the video. One clear ask per video works better than three.

People do not see who will treat them

Choosing a provider is personal. Pages that show only products and offers can feel cold. Let your injector or provider speak on screen, so people know whose hands they will be in.

You answer messages too late

A message is often the moment someone is ready to book. If the reply comes two days later, that interest may be gone. Set a daily time to check messages, and save short replies with your booking link.

You post offers more than answers

A feed full of discounts gives people little reason to trust you. Answer the questions you hear in consultations: does it hurt, how long does it last, what will it look like. Then add your offers between them.

You only measure views

Each month, count your messages, link taps, and consultations that came from Instagram. Ask new clients how they found you and write it down. These numbers show what is working better than a view count can.
